REGISTERED ARCHITECT

​

We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are a small, design-led studio working across a range of residential projects. This role will focus on managing multiple projects at construction stage, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard on site.

 

This position would suit a registered architect who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants.

 

THE ROLE

​

You will:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of several residential projects at various stages + on site

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and clients

  • Review drawings, details, and site progress to ensure design intent is maintained

  • Carry out site inspections and manage project timelines and quality

  • Resolve on-site queries and support smooth project delivery

​

You should:

  • Be a Registered Architect (RIAI/ARB or equivalent)

  • Have strong experience in construction-stage project delivery

  • Be confident managing multiple projects independently

  • Have excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail

  • Have excellent knowledge of planning law and building regulations 

  • Be organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership

  • Have strong communication skills with clients and site teams

​

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

​

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Full driving licence (an advantage)

REGISTERED ARCHITECT - MATERNITY POSITION - PART TIME ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join our team in a 6 month maternity position with flexible hours.  We are a small, design-led studio working across a range of residential projects. This role will focus on managing multiple projects at construction stage, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard on site.

 

This position would suit a registered architect who may wish to work part time due to other commitments, with a flexible work week being offered. 

 

THE ROLE
