PROJECT ARCHITECT - MATERNITY POSITION
We are hiring a Project Architect with minimum 3 years postgraduate experience working in private practice to join the team in a short term maternity role. As our studio has become busier with complex larger projects in the pipeline, the role may lead to a full time long term position following on from the initial 4 month contract . The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have excellent communication skills with clients and contractors and have advanced experience with being on site & managing the construction stage.
Job Requirements

Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience
-
Interest & Experience in Interior Fitout & Design
-
Proven detailing with excellent technical & site skills
-
Excellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning laws
-
Autocad and Adobe Suiteefficiency
-
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Strong communication skills with clients and contractors
