REGISTERED ARCHITECT
​
We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are a small, design-led studio working across a range of residential projects. This role will focus on managing multiple projects at construction stage, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard on site.
This position would suit a registered architect who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants.
THE ROLE

You will:

Lead the day-to-day management of several residential projects at various stages + on site
-
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and clients
-
Review drawings, details, and site progress to ensure design intent is maintained
-
Carry out site inspections and manage project timelines and quality
-
Resolve on-site queries and support smooth project delivery

You should:
-
Be a Registered Architect (RIAI/ARB or equivalent)
-
Have strong experience in construction-stage project delivery
-
Be confident managing multiple projects independently
-
Have excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
-
Have excellent knowledge of planning law and building regulations
-
Be organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
-
Have strong communication skills with clients and site teams

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
​
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Full driving licence (an advantage)

REGISTERED ARCHITECT - MATERNITY POSITION - PART TIME ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join our team in a 6 month maternity position with flexible hours. We are a small, design-led studio working across a range of residential projects. This role will focus on managing multiple projects at construction stage, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard on site.
This position would suit a registered architect who may wish to work part time due to other commitments, with a flexible work week being offered.
